When I just started using the Secret, I did wonder how a "negative" person can keep up a "positive" act as preached by "The Sceret" for so long without a complete breakdown? Now I totally udnerstand,a s it is not about "keeping up" but "believing it"... They are totally different! When you want so much the Law of Attraction to work for you, and yet you keep thinking that everything in your life has been destroyed, then you are attracting negative energy, my friend.

Slow down and take time to enjoy life. You should watch children play. They are in the moment. Positive thinking has a way of even influencing your environment, but it may not be in the way you think. It will have such a great impact on you and your life that you will wonder how you ever lived before putting it to work in your life.
