The next time you are eating a delicious sandwich, enjoy it and flow in that positive feeling of gratitude. Focus on the positives. Remember, you are what you think you are and what you are attracts what you have. Everything is naturally for you. Make up your mind that this is true. Everything is in motion.

Children have not learned that life throws curves and that challenges are around every corner. You may see that as "bad" thing when an adult do that. True, but pretend that you have not learned about life challenge, and whatever you want to do there is nothing stopping you. You can easily achieve much much more than you live in fear of doing anything new or outside your comfort zones. Maybe you should adopt that way of thinking, i.e. child-like-thinking. When you can do that, it is easy for you to develop the habits of attracting positive things. That involves taking a good look at how positive thinking works. Positive visualization is very influential.
